Stephen J. Gill, Ph.D. announces his affiliation with the Advantage Performance Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of BTS Group AB.
APG is one of the world's largest and fastest growing human performance consulting networks. APG partners with world-class developers of training solutions and then applies a unique methodology to help organizations maximize their training ROI. By "doing training right" rather than focusing on "writing the training," APG has helped dozens of industry leaders maximize their training investments, including: Agilent, Cisco Systems, Holcim (US), Maersk Shipping, MGM MIRAGE, and Microsoft. Gill assesses the impact of their performance improvement programs and makes recommendations to increase impact and ROI.
Gill uses the Success Case Evaluation Method®, a simple, efficient, and proven way to quickly find out how well a new performance intervention is working and use this information to increase impact. The emphasis is on assessing the results of the intervention by first identifying the employees who appear to have put their learning to use in ways that have important business value. Then the method explores the most significant of these reported applications, to analyze, describe and document them. The method also determines what job environment factors have facilitated or impeded application of learning. When participants are identified who report little or no impact from the performance intervention, the Success Case Evaluation Method uncovers why that is so and what could be done to remedy these negative outcomes.
